Dr Claire Isaachsen
Dr Isaachsen graduated from the University of Notre Dame Fremantle. She has completed the Diploma of Child Health. She has worked in the NHS and completed a Diploma of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare while living in England.
Claire enjoys all aspects of general practice and is experienced in paediatrics, allergy, women’s health, antenatal and palliative care. She is qualified in Implanon insertions, and IUD removals.
Claire is available for appointments Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Dr Hadley Markus (Nephrologist - Kidney Specialist)
Dr Hadley Markus is an experienced Nephrologist that will be available for patient appointments via GP Referral mid-August.
Dr Robert Green BM, FRACGP, MRCGP, MRCS(Eng), DOHNS, PGDipENT
Dr Robert Green is a GP who has a specialist interest in ENT. He qualified from Southampton University (UK) in 2006 and spent four years working in a busy District General Hospital, with two of these years spent in ENT. He then spent three years training to become a GP in Hampshire, England after which he became a partner in a suburban practice. He emigrated to Australia in 2016 and founded the Primary Care Ear Clinic 2 years later ( www.pcearclinic.com ).
He is trained in dermoscopy, skin biopsies, minor surgery and shoulder injections. He also has extensive experience in men's health, chronic conditions and paediatrics.
Dr Lauren Johnson MBBS FRACGP
Dr Johnson graduated from the University of Western Australia.
She is experienced in infant and child health with a special interest in eczema and food allergy. She is also experienced in women’s health, pregnancy planning and antenatal care.
She is consulting on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Dr Anita Bohmer MBChB FRACGP
Dr Bohmer graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Having done a lot of work with women and children, she has a special interest in paediatrics, women's health and psychiatry. She particularly enjoys helping women through the antenatal and postnatal periods as well as caring for children of all ages. She has a Vocational Graduate Diploma in Women’s health and a Diploma in Child Health and is able to do Mirena and Implanon insertions.
Due to personal beliefs, Anita does not refer patients for pregnancy terminations.
Anita is available for consultations from Monday-Friday at Currambine.
Dr Eu-Jinn Teh MBBS FRACGP DCH
Dr Teh graduated from the University of Western Australia.
He enjoys all aspects of general health care and has special interest and extensive experience in general surgery, minor surgical procedures and paediatrics. Dr Teh also performs iron infusions.
Eu-Jinn is available for consults on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at Currambine Family Practice.
Dr Catherine Rolfe MBBS FRACGP
Dr Rolfe graduated from the University of Western Australia.
Catherine has a special interest in women’s health, antenatal care, contraception, child health and gender diversity. She is heavily involved in medical education, teaching medical students at UWA.
Catherine is available for consultations on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Please note that Catherine bulk bills children up to 15 years of age and Pension Card holders. Health Care Card holders and full time students over 16 receive a discounted rate. She also provides Telehealth appointments with or without videoconferencing which are billed at normal rates.
Dr DANIT MAOR MBBS FRACGP MPH
Dr Maor graduated from the University of Western Australia.
Danit has completed a large amount of research in dermatology and published several papers on the subject. She enjoys all aspects of general practice but is experienced especially in dermatology and paediatrics.
In addition to English, Danit is also fluent in Hebrew and French.
Dr Germaine Wilkinson BMBS FRACGP DRANZSCOG BMedSci
Dr Wilkinson graduated from the University of Nottingham.
Germaine enjoys all aspects of medicine, but has a special interest in women’s health, antenatal care, contraception, travel health, and elderly health. She is experienced in occupational health, and minor surgical procedures.
Germaine is available for consultation on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Dr Jan Fonseca MBBS Bsc FRACGP
Dr Fonseca graduated from the Australian National University and University of British Columbia in Canada,completing her fellowship in Western Australia.Jan enjoys all aspects of medicine,but has a special interest in managing women’s health,paediatrics,travel medicine and palliative care.Jan has experience in minor surgical procedures, particularly iron infusions for managing iron deficiency anaemia.
Jan is currently available Mondays, Thursday afternoons and Friday morning.
Dr Lissie Swingler MBBS(hons) MIPH MAE FRACGP
Dr Swingler graduated from the University of Western Australia.
Lissie has a special interest in women’s health, antenatal care, contraception, child health, palliative care and travel medicine. She is experienced in the insertion and removal of Implanon devices, the insertion and removal of Mirena and Kyleena devices, copper IUDs and iron infusions.
Lissie is available on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
Dr Luke Finkelstein MBBS B.PHARM DCH
Dr Finkelstein graduated with honours from the University of Western Australia, having previously completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy at Curtin University.
Luke is interested in all aspects of general practice, including paediatrics and aged care.
Luke is available for consultations on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Dr Janette Brooks (Clinical Psychologist)
Dr Brooks is an experienced Clinical Psychologist specialising in women’s mental health. Through her extensive work with the Women’s Health Clinical Care Unit, King Edward Memorial Hospital, followed by almost 10 years in private practice, Dr Brooks has developed expertise in a range of clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, infertility, and perinatal mental health.
Since completing her PhD in 2010 Dr Brooks has been heavily involved in psychology education, coordinating the Master of Clinical Psychology program and teaching across the postgraduate psychology programs at ECU. As a Board Approved Supervisor, Dr Brooks mentors provisionally registered psychologists and clinical psychology registrars.
Dr Brooks therapeutic approach is warm, authentic, person-centered, trauma-informed and integrative, utilising a variety of evidence-based approaches depending upon the unique needs of her patient. She has received training and supervision in a wide range of therapeutic modalities including attachment-informed Psychodynamic Therapy and is an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC).

De Michele Delacretaz
Michele completed her medical degree in WA in 2016.
She worked extensively at Royal Perth Hospital and gained Paediatric and Emergency Medicine experience at Peel Health Campus. Whilst Michele has a strong inkling towards women and children’s health, having completed the FPAA certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health for Medical Practitioners and being a midwife previously, she enjoys providing medical care across the ages.
Michele is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Mr Ronnie Bhalvani
Ronnie received his Physiotherapy degree from India in 2006 and went on to work in a hospital setting treating inpatients and outpatients. He arrived in Australia in 2007 completing his Masters in Clinical Exercise Practice in Melbourne while working as a Physiotherapist in a specialist school for kids with special needs in Port Melbourne. Ronnie also has experience working as an Exercise Physiologist in a Private practice in Newcastle before moving to Perth for a role Spinal Cord Injury rehabilitation; running one on one exercise programs.
Clinically he enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and is particularly interested in exercise based rehabilitation. He believes that full functional recovery needs a combination of hands on physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation to reduce the chances of re-occurrence.
Dr Hang Pham BDSc
Hang completed her studies locally at UWA and has over 20 years of experience as a dentist in private practice in Perth. She has also acted as a clinical tutor for final year dental students at the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia. Although CFP Dental was only established in 2018, Hang has been part of Currambine Family Practice since it started - she is married to CFP principal Dr Tim Koh.
Hang has interests in general dentistry, preventive care and restorative dentistry. As the mother of three boys, she is well equipped to treat children of all ages with patience, calmness and empathy. She also understands the needs of nervous and anxious patients and is adept at putting patients at ease with her approach of kindness and understanding.
Hang is available for appointments from Monday to Thursday.
